Fried shrimp, you seeing all the food display on the window there, you don't need to go to 3rd floor or the 4th floor. But you can go and check it out.

When you finish eating or around that area, you gonna come back seeing that bakery, right? okay, that place you turn right (toward the Taipei Main station), you no longer need to see that Y stair, you go straight, go with the people, going those small stair going up, twice (like Aqua) that will be your tunnel going back. You go with the people flows, it will be the basement of the main station.

From there, you go to the officers, you asking where is your hotel front of the back of that 1st floor main train station.
